The Drakeford Company assembles and acquires land for clients. As a land assembly broker, we are experienced in servicing clients with specific acquisition criterion on an assignment basis. Our service focus is limited to Mecklenburg County, which we are most knowledgeable of growth patterns and land use plans. This niche focus allows TDC to make value-added contributions to the real estate acquisition decision-making process, based upon a client’s specific needs or general parameters.

Development
Our focus is developing urban infill residential communities near centers of activity. The Drakeford Company’s development services include: site and market assessment, coordination of land planning and zoning, selecting architects and engineers, financial analysis and reporting, program definition, design team selection and coordination, securing financing, and construction management. Our goal is to position each development appropriately within the economic and environmental confines of a respective project. TDC has also expanded its services to include multi-use developments.
